Asia Business Synergy Public Co., Ltd. is a Public Company founded (under myanmar companies law) by 72 founding members of Myanmar Citizens MBA Graduates.
Nowadays, There are totally 79 Shareholders in Asia Business Synergy Public Co., Ltd.
Since 2012 as per its constitution, ABS holds Statutory Meeting, Annual General Meetings and Shareholders Special Meetings respectively with 21 days in advance notice to Shareholders.
